If you don't know me yet, my name is Edmund. After getting tons of e-mails/enquiries from my patients and online visitors asking if I can help them the way I do to my patients, I have decided to re-create the signature program that I use for my patients...online!

My practice is rooted in a holistic approach that encompasses Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), naturopathy, nutrition, Ayurveda, and Yoga. 

Driven by a commitment to continual learning and staying abreast of the latest research, I recognize the uniqueness of each individual and the diverse pieces that make up their fertility puzzle. My passion lies in discovering the most effective support tailored to the specific needs of every patient I work with. 

Witnessing women and couples implementing poor advice is disheartening to me. Most advices often underestimates the impact of nutrition and lifestyle changes, leading to many recommendations that may lack evidence-based support. Online information can also be misleading, sometimes provided by individuals lacking expertise in dietetics or fertility. 

My mission is clear — to emphasize the paramount importance and power of targeted nutrition and lifestyle interventions for fertility.
